We are delighted to shortly announce a real star of Mexican Cooking.
The recipes they use come from theor mother, who was born in Sonora, in northern Mexico—an area known for its flour tortillas and carne asada. When the family later moved to Guadalajara, a city famous for its rich culinary traditions, mariachi music, and tequila, Amalia continued to cook delicious Mexican food that now forms the heart of our menu.
Her cooking principles were simple: source fresh, local produce, make tortillas from scratch, prepare homemade salsas, and always cook with love. Since moving to the UK these are the values they strive to uphold today—serving fresh, home-cooked meals and delivering genuine, authentic Mexican food.
